"Karing" Kosovo

A Kosovo gypsy. Speaking similar minds, feeling curios of each other... Words done by myself

Dinner time, the Kosovo way.

A peaceful moment. Guests.

Arriving on a beautiful September evening, the sun shining strong and I am feeling quite curios about what Kosovo lies. The guy who claimed himself as a 'taxi' driver, had a beer with me once arrived in Pristina, the capital of kosovo and then he left after I had given him some money, he quickly dashed away.

After walking around the streets of suburban Prisitina, I found my self going to a town called Skenderaj, meeting an Albanian family. I came to the 1 floor house that had apparently been built but Scottish people after the refugees came in 1999 to Kosovo to flee from Albania and Serbia. The family was really pleasant and my friend showed me the towns of Skenderaj and Mitrovice.

The weather was really pleasant and i was enjoying myself in these places. Between Skenderaj and Mitrovice is a road with a typical scene of rural settlements which is very similar to the Romanian scene, however here, houses seem more build not with wood but with bricks and such forth. More interestingly, I found the terrain extremely dry and mountainous.
